The hotel had good and comfortable rooms. The staff is friendly and courteous. The location of the hotel is little interior and approach road is too small, but it is very good inside the hotel. The food served by them was great and tasty food. They serve good Indian and Chinese food. Neel and his team (especially Mala) provided us a good service. We suggest including more vegetarian desert options in their menu.

I stayed at this hotel during the week of 16 Dec, 2024, with my family including elderly parents. We had booked 2 rooms and they were both very comfortable, clean, and with a great view. The staff was very helpful and supportive to the special needs of our elderly family members. Special thanks to the manager Mr. Kaushik Mukherjee for personally attending to all our needs. The restaurant food and staff were both amazing. We tried out various items on the menu and they were all great. The bar area is very relaxing with great music and impressive cocktails. All the amenities were available as mentioned on their website.

Situated on a hillock, this location has limited parking space, compact rooms, and inexperienced reception staff. The buffet offers limited variety and there is no elevator access to the third and fourth floors, with the existing elevator inconveniently placed at the back of the building. A foul smell lingers in the corridor near the elevator, and there is a lack of clear signage for visitors. The taste of the food and the interior design are acceptable, but the wooden door with gaps between the bathroom and bedroom can be uncomfortable for guests. However, the overall service and cleanliness are satisfactory. The lush greenery surrounding the property is a highlight and visually appealing.

Even Balcony is too small to which we didn't get key at first hand . Again after 2 failed attempt one staff came and tried n opened Balcony anyhow but gave wrong key which is not closing the balcony door. Worst service. [03/02, 10:38 pm] Just now again staff came but now he is even not able to close balcony door. This is third time staff came in my room for the same issue. This is totally unacceptable. Sanctity of privacy has not been maintained. One of the worst service in the market. In lunch we ordered paneer do pyaza but we got what we call shahi paneer. Didn't expect such worst service.

Lovely hotel and service is exceptional . Food is delicious and variety of cuisines available too . The breakfast spread is also good and everyday options are different. The restaurant manager Mr Mukherjee is very courteous smiling and always helping . The entire staff is very welcoming and had a wonderful stay at Sea hills Port Blair😊😊

We stayed at Sea Hill Resorts, Havelock, from 5th to 9th January 2025, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. The stay was incredibly comfortable, with spacious, neat, and clean rooms. The washrooms were impeccably maintained, which added to the comfort. The staff—be it at the reception, restaurant, room service, or luggage assistance—were exceptionally courteous, supportive, and always greeted us with a smile. The swimming pool was spotless and well-maintained, with daily cleaning by the staff. What stood out the most was their thoughtfulness and care, especially for our 3-year-old daughter. They ensured we had baby food available both in our room and at the restaurant whenever needed, which made our stay even more stress-free. We wholeheartedly recommend Sea Hill Resorts to anyone visiting Havelock. Their attention to detail and outstanding hospitality truly make it a must-stay destination!

First good thing: rooms are quite spacious and good. Location is also on hill but bit far away from the beach. What I did not like is they made it compulsory for new year party surcharge (Rs 3500 per person ) and it was quite bad. Food quality is also not good and causes stomach issue

Stayed at this hotel on 4th to 6th this February. Neat spacious rooms, good service. Would be nice if you could provide drying stands in rooms. People are drying their clothes on balcony railings which may damage the wooden parts
