Overall the service and the rooms are quite pleasant of the hotel. Except the fact that we asked the manager for to get our rooms cleaned and they forget to convey the same to the housekeeping; so instead of getting the room cleaned in the morning, they had to do the same in the evening. The restaurant is totally amazing. The quality and quantity both are extremely great. And the rooms are pretty and spacious.

It was not a pleasant experience. Firstly, we booked the hotel with agoda 1.5 months prior to the visit, the day we reached the hotel, they told we have cancelled your booking due to price negotiation with agoda and they were getting lesser price for the room. We had to reach customer care discuss the issue for 2 hours with them and then finally they accepted the booking. This was a very bad experience in terms of customer satisfaction and reliability for booking this hotel online from any website. Also housekeeping service is not good. They don't clean the rooms properly and reception never attends requests timely. They will only provide you hot water in bathroom in the morning but this is not a expectation from a hotel. They had charged extra for bath tub rooms, but have not provided the basic bath tub essentials. Worst hotel experience in my travels so far considering the huge cost. All they are concerned about is when you are coming for breakfast because they are not providing buffet, will serve dishes as you ask and major problem is they have kitchen in basement and restaurant on 3rd floor and the service lift is not working, so the dishes would get cold while they are serving. They kept calling multiple times for breakfast, but won't even fulfill your basic amenities requirement. The food was only okay, will recommend to go outside for some cafes for better quality at lesser price you can get much better food options in Port Blair. Also, location wise the hotel is slightly remote, will not get autos or cabs easily. Our stay here was for 2 days, but they gave us tv access only for 1 day. The keycard also stopped working the second day. We had to go and request access on the keycard again at the reception. The only good thing was restaurant staff is nice and will be very helpful.

The hotel is quiet and the service is really good. The pool is maintenance is good as well. All the staff members are friendly and responded quickly when we needed anything. As we left early everyday for sightseeing and wouldn't be able to have the complimentary breakfast they packed sandwiches for us to eat later in the day.

I usually don’t write reviews but here’s one for this hotel because of their outstanding customer service. Firstly, the location is fantastic and is commutable to almost all beaches inside Havelock island. The staff right from the two ladies ( don’t remember the name ) in reception to Avinash, Dimple, Lemina & Rose were all extremely impressive with their hospitality. The rooms were super clean and the pool was well maintained as well. The in house restaurant offers some delicious seafood that you don’t wanna miss. A perfect stay for family or friends in Havelock!

I am glad that we chose this property. First and foremost, thanking all the staff of the resort, all of them were really really nice to us. We also had an infant with us and they had pampered and greeted him so well. The room and washroom was luxurious and with all best in class amenities. An awesome pool. The food that we ordered was nice and also the breakfast great. Wish I could have clicked a picture along with all the staffs. Thank you !! 10 out of 5 stars.

Recently during Andaman trip, we stayed for the 2 and 3 days. Deluxe Rooms are big and well-maintained washrooms overall its fine. Restaurant attached to the Hotel is really tasty food. Food is really good. Complimentary breakfast is exceptional. WIFI is superb.Great service. They will arrange Bike if u needed.

Great look, beautiful surroundings, great staff. Sea Hills Resort is one of the great hotels in Havelock. It's a bit far from the jetty but after seeing the atmosphere of the hotel no one can complain. I would like to describe everything specifically in this review. From the moment you step into the grand lobby, adorned with sparkling chandeliers and exquisite floral arrangements, you are enveloped in an atmosphere of timeless elegance. The reception area, the swimming pool area all are beautifully decorated and maintained with different kinds of plants and trees. The guest rooms are a sanctuary of comfort and style, each meticulously designed to provide the utmost in luxury and relaxation. Plush bedding, sumptuous furnishings, and state-of-the-art amenities ensure a restful and rejuvenating stay. There was a beautiful jungle view balcony attached to our stay room. Not only the view is beautiful but also extremely peaceful. Since there is no restaurant nearby food must be done at the hotel. They arrange candle light dinner at the swimming pool area if asked. One drawback is that there will be no lift facility there and they have rooms up to the 4th floor. Which could be a problem for an aged person or who has difficulty. In conclusion, the Sea Hills Resort is more than just a place to stay—it is an experience to be savored and cherished.
