We have 05 different categories of room as under:

04 Premium Suite Sea View Room – Has balcony with Sea View (not facing the sea) and has bathtub.

01 VIP Lounge – Has balcony with Sea View (not facing the sea) and has bathtub& more Spacious


No rooms are Sea facing.Only a few categories (Premium Suite Sea View/ VIP Lounge) offer sea view (not Sea facing). Few rooms have partial view and, in few rooms, there are trees in front of the balcony which might interrupt the view

Please note for an Indian national any valid ID proof (Aadhar/Driving license/Passport or Election ID) is enough to enter Port Blair and the same is required while Check In at the Hotel.


For Foreign travelers/PIO/OCI/NRI valid Indian visa is required to reach Port Blair and they require RAP (restricted Access Permit) to enter Port Blair (Andamans) the same is issued at Port Blair airport on arrival and there are no charges for the same and it takes approximately 20 minutes.


Port Blair Island has multiple number of ATM’S however is it advisable to carry enough cash while travelling to other islands since there or limited or no ATM’s on other islands.


English, Hindi and Tamil are the mostly spoken languages and there are locals who speak Bengali and Telugu as well.


There is a water sports complex at Port Blair (6-10 mins from the Hotel) and guest can do Scuba Diving, Sea Walking, Jet Ski, Speed Boat ride, the same is subject to weather condition and are subject to availability. Please note we do not organize for the same, however we do have a concierge whom you can contact on arrival.


Do note October to April is the best time to travel to the Andamans. From June till end of September is the rainy season.


For cancellations received before 15 days or less – No refund.

For cancellations received 21 days to16 days - 50% will be refunded.

For cancellations received 30 days to 22 days - 75% will be refunded.

No refund for cancellation on bookings from 15 December to 15 January.

No refunds for unused nights or early check-out.

In case the guest has an International bank account, and then any bankcharges applicable are to be borne by the customer.

Port Blair has no connectivity problem, and most networks does work fine. BSNL and Airtel has good coverage.


Hotel is located 5 kms away the Jetty Point and it takes about 10 mins to reach Sea Hills Resort Havelock.

Port Blair has no connectivity problem, and most networks do work fine. However at Havelock only BSNL and Airtel provide service both networks and offer 2G service. Data speed will be slow in most area and only basic internet activities will be possible.

Mobile phones receive good signal near Jetty and market area at Havelock however there is poor connectivity on the other side of the island (near Beach No 7)
